Role: Managing Director
Peter has been involved in residential, commercial and industrial land subdivision developments for more than 18 years. He has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree, is a Chartered Professional Engineer and a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers Australia.Peter’s expertise is broad with both private sector and local government experience. He has a strong track record in project management and has co-ordinated and supervised professional consultants in subdivision projects.
Travis Kell BSc, BE (Hons)
Role: Director, Development Manager
Travis has broad project management experience within a number of significant development groups including Cardno BSD Pty Ltd (now Cardno Pty Ltd) Project Engineer and Watson Project Management Group Pty Ltd as Project Manager.
Travis has managed a diverse portfolio of land subdivision projects at a senior level and currently manages all aspects of 4Land Property Group’s projects.

Dave Gillon Dip Bus (Real Estate)Role: Project Sales ManagerWith over eight years’ experience, Dave has been involved in all areas of the real estate industry, including selling residential properties, off the plan project marketing and sales as well as managing property management and sales businesses. A Licensed Real Estate Agent, Dave has an excellent knowledge of the legal requirements of property transactions and this mixed with a focus on providing the highest levels of customer server ensures that his clients expectations are surpassed. |
